The cost of your Solatube is determined by the
Solatube size (diameter) you require and the length of tubing required
- below is some advice on how to determine these measurements. If
you have any questions or need further advice on how to choose your
Solatube please do not hesitate to contact us.
The simplest way to order your Solatube is to telephone us. We accept
most credit and debit cards, cheques or payment may be made on account
for trade sales - a Credit Application form is available
(below). You may find it useful to complete
our order form (below) prior to telephoning with your order, or
if you prefer you may use it to fax or post your order to us. Forms
are available to download at the bottom of this page.
What size Solatube do you require?
This will depend mainly on the size of the area you wish to
illuminate - below is a guide. For larger areas or long narrow corridors
or hallways, Solatube can be used in multiples.

How much tubing is required?
Each Solatube system is supplied with a top and bottom tube assembly
that together give an install distance (roof to ceiling) of up to
400mm (16"). This is generally sufficient for flat roofs, vaulted
ceilings, or very shallow pitch roofs. For greater install distances
you will need to purchase additional extension tubes to meet your
required install distance. You can calculate your install distance
by measuring the internal distance between your roof and ceiling
(see distance x in the picture below right). Use the chart below
to calculate the total cost of your Solatube by matching your roof
void distance x to the appropriate tube length in the Install
distance column. Please contact us

Refund policy
Unused systems may be returned to us at the address at the top of
this page within 7 days for a full refund. Systems must be complete
and undamaged, and returned at customer's cost. Returns later than
7 days are at SolaLighting Limited's discretion and may be subject
to a 20% restocking & administration charge.
